Follow Me To Tennessee
Researched and written by Andrew Hearn & Andrew Snelgrove

Why another guide to the Elvis sights?

There has been a number of similar books published over the years, so why another guide to the Elvis
hangouts in Memphis?  To put it simply, Memphis has changed quite considerably recently, and we feel
it’s time for a revised look at what Elvis-related sights the city still has to offer.

Over the last few years, many buildings have been imploded or destroyed, and it’s a common myth that
most of the old Elvis  haunts are now gone. We aim to prove otherwise. Within its pages, this book will
provide new information regarding a number of relatively unknown places, along with fresh information and
photographs relating to some of the more well-known sights.

You’ll also enjoy the recollections of some of Elvis’ closest friends and associates - Something no other
guidebook offers.

Although there are some excellent books aiming to provide the same service, most are inaccurate regarding
factual information and directions. Due to years of intense research, many of the common errors have now
been corrected, and previous out-of-date information has been refreshed. During our many visits, we have found
that there is so much to see in Memphis, but so few manage even a fraction of what should be experienced.
Either they don’t know about such places, or they’re not confident enough to stray off the beaten track.
Memphis still has so much to offer the hundreds of thousands of Elvis fans who visit annually, and with this
book, you‘ll be able to get so much more from your trip.

If you’re looking forward to a once-in-a-lifetime visit to the King‘s hometown, or you’re planning a return visit,
this is the book to accompany you on that flight.
If you can make it, it’s the most comprehensive guide to
Elvis’ Memphis yet.  If, for whatever reason, you’re unable to be theEe in person, we’re sure you’ll find this
book a fascinating read – It’s the next best thing to being there.
